I had been wanting to image Messier 24, the Small Sagittarius Star Cloud. I noticed this dense starfield while poking around in Stellarium, and opted to try it first. It did not disappoint! This is also in the central plane of the Milky Way, unobstructed by dense dust clouds. Being that it was all stars, I only imaged it for one hour. I'm happy with the result.
